Meet Leo from Fern Westover. Leo lives in Madison, Wisconsin and has been crafting jewelry out of polymer clay for a little over 5 months. They find inspiration for their art from nature, the 90’s, and movies/TV. When this adventurous Aries isn’t creating their whimsical, quirky statement pieces, they enjoy writing, watching Netflix, golfing, and other art projects. Leo watches TV and listens to music while they are making.

-What made you want to start creating?-
“I’ve dabbled in many mediums for my entire life but never found one that truly stuck until I started working with polymer clay. It allows me to access so many fresh perspectives and go down endless routes.”

“I have a girlfriend of two years and a six year old son.”
-What is your MOST FAVORITE item you have created?-
“My current Lizzie McGuire collection is my favorite, but I’m currently at the beginning stages of my business where I see growth with each new creation.”

“I make earrings for everyone, regardless of gender. I love creating huge statements.”
-What is the story behind your business name?-
“I’ve always loved ferns, and Westover is the name of the street I grew up on.”
